1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TimedPost ("the Service"), operated at app.timedpost.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

2. Description of Service

TimedPost is a social media management platform that enables users to:

  • Connect and manage multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, LinkedIn)
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts across connected platforms
  • Upload and manage media files (images and videos)
  • View analytics and insights for published content
  • Manage posting schedules and content queues
  • Collaborate with team members (on applicable plans)

3. Account Registration

To use TimedPost, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Create an account using a valid authentication method (e.g., Google sign-in)
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

By connecting your social media accounts to TimedPost, you:

  • Authorize us to access and interact with your accounts via official platform APIs
  • Confirm that you have the authority to connect and manage those accounts
  • Acknowledge that we will publish content on your behalf when you initiate a post
  • Understand that you can disconnect any account at any time from the Channels page

TimedPost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform. Each platform's own terms of service and community guidelines apply to content published through our Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through TimedPost. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.1 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You agree not to use TimedPost to publish content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material
  • Violates the terms of service of any connected social media platform
  • Contains sexually explicit material involving minors

5.2 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Content published to external platforms is governed by those platforms' content policies and removal procedures.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

6.1 Plans

TimedPost offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Growth, Premium) with varying features and limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our subscription page.

6.2 Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

6.4 Plan Limits

Each plan has limits on the number of connected accounts, scheduled posts, and available features. Exceeding these limits may require upgrading to a higher plan.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service (except through our official API)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent plan limits or usage restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages through connected platforms

8. Platform API Compliance

TimedPost operates in compliance with the terms of service and API policies of each integrated platform:

Users must also comply with each platform's community guidelines when publishing content through TimedPost.

9. Intellectual Property

The TimedPost name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of TimedPost. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Posts will be published at the exact scheduled time
  • Third-party platform APIs will remain available or unchanged
  • Content published through our Service will not be removed by the target platform

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimedPost and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Failed or delayed post publishing
  • Unauthorized access to your connected social media accounts
  • Actions taken by third-party platforms on content published through our Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees when due
  • Use the Service in a manner that could damage or impair it

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimedPost and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
