TimedPost respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our platform, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and the Meta Platform Terms.
The fastest way to delete your data is from within your TimedPost account:
This action is irreversible. It disconnects every linked social account and deletes all your scheduled posts, drafts, analytics history, bio pages, API keys, and workspaces.
If you only want to remove the data for a specific connected platform (for example, Instagram or Facebook) without deleting your entire TimedPost account:
Disconnecting revokes our access tokens for that platform and deletes the associated tokens, profile data, and fetched comments from our database.
You can revoke TimedPost's access from Meta directly. When you do this, Meta automatically notifies our servers and we delete any data we hold that is tied to your Meta user ID.
When Meta sends us the deletion notification, we process it within 24 hours. You can verify the request was received by checking the confirmation code returned by Meta's flow.
If you cannot access your TimedPost account, or you want a complete audit of all the data we hold about you before deletion, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include the following so we can verify your identity:
We will respond within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
When you request deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
To comply with legal obligations, we may retain the following for a limited period after deletion:
This retention is required by law and does not include any content, media, or social platform data.
For any question about our data deletion process, please read our full Privacy Policy or contact us at [email protected].
